1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items that do not qualify for return:

  • Final sale items or items marked as “non-returnable”

  • Underwear, swimwear, or personal care items

  • Gift cards

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@dockan.online with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or wrong.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@dockan.online.
